This course is a cultivation of years of learning and experimenting. A lot of people want to know how to be more productive, focused and energetic but don't know where to start.

I've been there as well. That's why I made this and wanted to share it.

Progress creates happiness in our lives. Learning to build more fulfilling and productive days will not only progress our careers or business but also simply make us happier. 

The habits and tactics in this course are your starting point towards reaching that.

Upgrading yourself to “You version 2.0” starts within. With the habits you take each day, the food you choose to eat and the choices you make. A number of years back I had hit a low point in my life and pulling myself out of that did not happen overnight. It took a lot of persistence and work to develop better habits to improve myself that have had a compounding effect overtime.

The more you continuously keep sticking with these habits, the greater the reward to you will be. 


Here is what usually happens when you start a new course. This is the learning curve.

There is an initial level of excitement that comes with starting something new. 

As you get going, this novelty wears off after a bit. Some people will drop off here, which is the worst thing to do as it basically guarantees you won't see any progress. 

Keep persisting and you'll get another motivation spike as you learn more.  You will most likely suffer another dip in motivation as you keep going but if you persist further you will come out flying.

Each module of the course builds the base for the next one to have greater effect.
